随着医疗体制的不断改革与社会医疗保险制度的不断完善,医院的绩效考核成为人们倍加关注的问题,因为它不但涉及了员工的个人利益,同时也涉及了医院的方方面面管理工作。那么科学、有效、适宜的绩效考核模式不仅可以将医院的中长期利益紧密相连,还能将个人利益与医院利益有机地整合。平衡计分卡的出现为医院绩效考核管理工作指明了方向,在管理模式、考核方法及计算依据等思路上都有新的意识与理念,本人想结合参加有关培训的学习及具体工作中的实践经验谈谈这方面的肤浅看法,仅供参考。
With the continuous reform of the medical system and the continual improvement of the social medical insurance system, the performance appraisal of the hospital has become a matter of great concern because it involves not only the personal interests of the staff but also the management of all aspects of the hospital. So scientific, effective and appropriate mode of performance appraisal can not only closely link the hospital’s long-term interests, but also organically integrate individual interests with hospital interests. The emergence of the Balanced Scorecard points out the direction for the hospital performance appraisal and management work.
