文中第一部分介绍了国外分模模锻的发展概况,重点阐述了这一先进工艺的主要优点。可供国内推广这一工艺进行技术经济分析时参考。文中第二部分介绍了十字轴分模模锻挤压成形的试验研究。重点研究了十字轴在可分凹模中挤压成形时金属流动规律;分析了模具形状、尺寸和其它工艺参数对锻件成形的影响;探求了挤压力和张模力的计算方法,并与实测数据作了对比。以期为研究和推广分模模锻生产提供经验和依据。
The first part of the article introduces the development of foreign parts forging forging, focusing on the main advantages of this advanced technology. Available for domestic promotion of this technology for technical and economic analysis of reference. The second part of the paper introduces the experimental research on the die forging extrusion of the cross shaft. The research focuses on the metal flow rule of the cross shaft when it can be extrusion molded in the split die.
