脑外科手术是一种要求高、难度大的手术。由于大脑神经复杂。血管丰富,脑外科手术之后总会带来某些脑组织损伤。为了减少大脑损伤,脑外科手术往往是在一些非损伤测量仪的辅助下完成的。本文在简要介绍非损伤测量仪的发展历史基础上,重点叙述了Unimation P Uma200型机器人。该机器人可与一台CT扫描器及具有操作装置引导探头一起使用。它的特点是:1)它是一种可编程序的、由计算机控制的多功能的机器人;2)它专门用于从事高精度的工作,能提供非常固定的轨迹;3)它能模拟人的运动,并能与人一起协同工作;4)其精度为0.05mm;5)其所使用的计算机可与任意一种图象计算机媲美。一旦在CT图片上发现了目标(如肿瘤块),医生即发出一个命令,机器人就移动探头到目标区。其过程比任何人工调节机构却
Brain surgery is a demanding, difficult surgery. Due to the complexity of the brain. Vascularity, brain surgery will always bring some brain tissue damage. To reduce brain damage, brain surgery is often done with the aid of non-invasive gauges. This paper briefly introduces the history of the development of non-invasive measuring instrument, focusing on the Unimation P Uma200 robot. The robot can be used with a CT scanner and operator guidance probe. Its features are: 1) It is a programmable, computer-controlled, multi-purpose robot; 2) It is designed for high-precision work, providing a very fixed trajectory; 3) It can simulate people 4) Its accuracy is 0.05mm; 5) The computer it uses can be compared with any kind of image computer. Once a target (such as a tumor mass) was found on the CT image, the doctor issued a command and the robot moved the probe to the target area. The process is better than any manual adjustment mechanism
