新课程理念贯彻及新课程实施几年来,广大学校和教师对此倾注了极大的热情,新理念下的课堂十分注重学生的活动。但是,由于对新课程所倡导的理念理解上还不到位,可能会导致种种实践行为上的偏差。不少教师误认为活动就是为了活跃课堂氛围和提高兴趣,于是一个活动接着一个活动,活动充斥整个课堂。另外新课程倡导探究性学习,有的教师不管内容,一味探究。还有的课堂时间固定化,教学模式固定化,学生活动模式固定化,都难以收到好的教学效果。结合教学实践,从教学设计、教学过程、教学效果、教学反思等方面简要分析了新课程下教师的教学行为。

Combining with the teaching practice, the teaching behaviors of teachers under the new curriculum are briefly analyzed from the aspects of teaching design, teaching process, teaching effect and teaching reflection.
