目的用ELISA检测试剂盒,探索一种恒河猴血清抵抗素(Resistin)定量的快速检测方法,初步建立各年龄段恒河猴血清抵抗素的正常参考值。方法选择用于人抵抗素检测的ELISA定量检测试剂盒,对恒河猴血清进行抵抗素的测定;按年龄段将实验猴分组,幼年组、成年组和老年组,每组10只,制备血清,检测抵抗素,并进行统计分析,初步建立各年龄段恒河猴血清抵抗素的正常参考值。结果用ELISA定量检测试剂盒测定恒河猴血清抵抗素数值稳定,幼年组、成年组和老年组的血清抵抗素正常参考值分别为(6 510±1 730)pg/mL、(5 880±1 250)pg/mL和(1 760±920)pg/mL,有随年龄增长而逐步降低的趋势,老年组极显著低于幼年组和成年组(P<0.01)。结论人抵抗素ELISA检测试剂盒可以作为一种对恒河猴血清抵抗素定量的临时快速的检测方法,且随着年龄的增长其血清抵抗素正常参考值有逐步降低趋势。
Objective To detect the quantitative detection of Resistin in rhesus monkeys with ELISA kit and establish the normal reference value of serum resistin in all age groups. Methods The ELISA kit was used to detect the resistin in human rhesus monkeys. The rhesus monkeys were divided into three groups according to their ages: group A, group A, group A and group A , Resistin was detected, and statistical analysis was conducted to establish the normal reference values of serum resistin in rhesus monkeys of all ages. Results Serum resistin values were stable in rhesus monkeys with ELISA kit. The normal reference values of serum resistin in juvenile group, adult group and elderly group were (6 510 ± 1 730) pg / mL, (5 880 ± 1) 250) pg / mL and (1 760 ± 920) pg / mL, respectively. There was a trend of decreasing gradually with age. The incidence in the elderly group was significantly lower than that in the young group and the adult group (P <0.01). Conclusion The human resistin ELISA kit can be used as a temporary and rapid method for quantitative determination of serum resistin in rhesus monkeys. The normal reference value of serum resistin gradually declines with age.
