采用测量侧光谱相对强度的方法研究激光陀螺的增益特性.通过实验得到了陀螺增益随着工作电流的增加而增加,随着总气压的升高会出现饱和增益现象,在总气压大约为4P0时增益取极大值.通过比较铝阴极和另一种阴极材料B的激光陀螺在启动阶段增益随时间变化的特性曲线和对测量数据进行误差分析,发现陀螺的增益稳定性和抗外界环境干扰能力是与阴极材料密切相关的.激光介质的增益和由朗缪尔流效应引起的拍频频移都和产生激光的上下能级粒子数密度差有关,实验结果说明用增益的稳定性可以评价激光陀螺零点漂移稳定性.
The gain of the laser gyroscope is studied by measuring the relative intensity of the spectrum on the measuring side.The gain of the gyroscope increases with the increase of the operating current, and the saturation gain appears with the increase of the total pressure. When the total pressure is about 4P0 The maximum gain is obtained.Against the gain curve of the laser gyro with the aluminum cathode and another cathode material B in the starting phase and the error of the measured data, we find that the gyroscope’s gain stability and anti-environmental interference ability Is closely related to the cathode material.The gain of the laser medium and the beat frequency caused by the Langmuir flow effect are related to the difference of the population density of the upper and lower levels of the generated laser beam.The experimental results show that the stability of the gain can be used to evaluate the zero Drift stability.
