在冷藏过程中产生的结露现象是影响食品品质以及冷库稳定高效运行的重要因素。研究湿量在冷藏空间下的扩散特性,对于预防结露和冷链物流发展具有很重要的意义。本文基于FLUENT数值模拟软件,运用组分输运扩散模型,对封闭环境下湿量的扩散过程进行数值模拟计算,并且通过实验对模型进行了验证。分析了不同的散湿位置对于湿量扩散的影响。研究成果对于后续开展预防结露等工作具有一定的意义。
The dew condensation phenomenon during the refrigerating process is an important factor affecting the quality of the food and the stable and efficient operation of the freezer. Studying the diffusion characteristics of moisture content in refrigerated space is very important for the prevention of condensation and the development of cold chain logistics. Based on the FLUENT numerical simulation software, the component diffusion model is used to simulate the diffusion of moisture in a closed environment. The model is validated by experiments. The effect of different wetting locations on wetting diffusion was analyzed. Research results for the follow-up to prevent condensation and other work of some significance.
