北京:时隔15年重征水土保持补偿费《北京市水土保持条例》已于今年1月1日起正式施行,水土保持补偿费也同步开始征收,覆盖全市所有生产建设项目。这意味着,对于建设项目来说,水土保持补偿费开工时即需缴纳,不缴纳的,水保专业执法队伍将对项目进行执法检查,并产生滞纳金。据介绍,这是继2000年年初开始中断征收水土保持补偿费之后,时隔15年再次征收。 BEIJING: Compensation for water and soil conservation after a lapse of 15 years The Beijing Water and Soil Conservation Ordinance came into effect on January 1 this year. Compensation fees for soil and water conservation have also started to be levied simultaneously, covering all the city’s production and construction projects. This means that for the construction project, compensation fees for soil and water conservation need to be paid when they are started, and if they do not pay, the law enforcement team of lawyers for water and soil conservation will inspect the project and produce late fees. According to the briefing, this is the second time in 15 years after the compensation fee for soil and water conservation was suspended in early 2000.
