In order to study and establish inspection and measurement techniques for nuclear materials, field measurements were conducted at uranium enrichment plants. The on-site NDA measurement and verification system for nuclear material includes hardware such as electrochromic high-purity germanium detector, α / β surface contamination meter, personal dosimeter and ultrasonic thickness gauge. The corresponding nuclear material measurement method for this system is also included. Thirteen samples randomly selected from the site of uranium enrichment plant were analyzed and measured.
