我国穿制无缝不锈钢管用的顶头,目前大都采用铸态钼合金顶头。这种顶头不但成本高,钼消耗大,而且平均穿管寿命仅在100支左右,生产效率很低。为改变这种落后状况,在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动推动下,株洲硬质合金厂与北京钢铁研究院和大冶钢厂协作,以TZM为基础,开展了粉态钼顶头的研制工作。通过多种成份的摸索和使用试验,目前以Ti 0.6~0.8%,Zr 0.1
