正在市场化转型的中国铁路总公司(下简称铁总)终于拿到了“高铁定价权”。国家发改委近日宣布,从今年起,放开高铁动车票价,改由铁总自行定价,并给予铁总根据市场竞争状况和客流分布等因素实行一定的折扣票价的权力。学界普遍预计,发改委放开高铁票价管制之后,部分热门线路的高铁票价确实存在票价上浮的空间。(据2月20日中国青年网)
