国家中长期教育发展纲要明确提出要提高教师专业化水平,以适应新时期教育发展的需要,对中小学教师的研修与培训提出了更高的要求。基于网络环境的校本培训,能实现经验的即时交流、问题的交互反馈、资源的广泛共享,将培训学习与教学工作紧密联系,有效促进教师专业化发展,对教育经费紧张的学校和收入不高的教师,尤其具有现实意义。从目标与内容、模式与组织、绩效与评价六个维度,对淮安市五年来基于网络环境的校本培训对教师专业行为影响进行调查分析,探索更加优化的培训模式、反馈交互方式以及评价手段,以提高网络环境的校本培训绩效,促进校本培训的健康发展,提高教师的专业素养。
