我们河北省青县曾官屯砖厂,是一家仅有135名职工、一座48门轮窑的村办企业.1993年产烧结普通砖2255.93万块,完成产值229.6万元.其单位成本5.21分/块,人均创利税8296元,资金利税率44.9%,全员劳动生产率17008元.4项指标在中国砖瓦协会会员企业中名列前茅.我厂连续两年被评为市级先进企业和质量信得过单位,1993年荣获国家农业部优秀产品奖.产品连续几年在本县80多座砖厂中售价最高,成本最低,而无一积压,产品一直处于畅销状态.我们的深刻体会是:靠质量求生存,靠质量求发展、靠质量求高效.而提高产品质量的关键是实行目标管理,在企业上下、每个成员、每个生产环节中形成一条自我控制,相互控制、层层控制、有机运转的“质量链”.
