以思茅松主产区的思茅居群为参照 ,对景洪大渡岗居群的核形态结构进行了系统研究。结果为 :(1)二者的间期核构形都为复杂染色中心型 ,前期染色体属于中间型 ,核型公式均为K (2n) =2 4=2 4m ,核型不对称性都属于 1A型 ;(2 )二者在次缢痕数目及其分布上有明显差异。思茅居群仅有 1对染色体具有次缢痕 ,位于第3对染色体长臂上 ,景洪大渡岗居群有 4对染色体具有次缢痕 ,分别位于第 1、 3、 6对染色体短臂和第 2对染色体长臂上。综合前期对思茅松 4个不同居群染色体核型的研究 ,建议研究思茅松各居群的花粉母细胞减数分裂行为及从等位酶位点和DNA水平上深入研究思茅松居群的遗传结构与分化。
Taking the Simao population in the main producing area of Simao pine as reference, the nuclear morphological structure of Dadugan population in Jinghong was systematically studied. The results are as follows: (1) The interphase nuclear shape of the two are complex center of dye type, the former chromosome is intermediate type, karyotype formula is K (2n) = 24 = 24m, karyotype asymmetry belongs to 1A type; (2) both in the number of secondary marks and the distribution of significant differences. Only one pair of chromosomes of Simao population were found, which located on the long arm of the third pair of chromosomes. There were 4 pairs of chromosomes with secondary marks on the 3rd, Chromosome 2 on the long arm. Based on the previous studies on the karyotypes of four populations in Simagongo Pine, we propose to study the meiosis of pollen mother cells and the genetic structure of Simagongong population from allozyme sites and DNA levels And differentiation.
