1982年9月,我开始担任学校田径队的业余训练工作,经过几年较为系统的训练,全队运动成绩有较大幅度的提高,特别是几名短跑运动员的成绩更为突出,在县田径运动会的比赛中,多次荣获100米、200米、400米第一名,第二名,并有五名队员达二级运动员标准,在100米、200米的比赛中,打破我县纪录,下面是这几年中训练和比赛的体会。一、训练阶段的划分及内容安排我县一年一度的田径运动会在“五一”举行,从九月份开学到第二年的五月,除去寒假大约有七个多月的训练时间,我把这七个月的时间划分为三个阶段:第一阶段:9月-10月底。这阶段吸收初一、高一的新队员,学校田径队队员的训练水平不齐,年龄大小有别,此阶段以训练基本技术为主,以发展协调性为主,中小运动量,多安排一些跳跃练习,其目的在于恢复学生的体力,提高一般的身体素质,这阶段吸收的新队员在老队员的带领下,也掌握了简单的运动技能,使学生逐步适应田径训练的过程。
