简单介绍了谷物损失传感器的工作原理,总结并指出了现存的谷物损失传感器的一般问题,提出了相应的结构改进设计方案,使用一块槽型不锈钢板,配以良好减振和隔振结构设计,用一个压电陶瓷满足测试要求;在制作、装配后,对该传感器进行了实验室标定。
The working principle of the grain loss sensor is briefly introduced and the general problems of the existing grain loss sensor are summarized and pointed out. The corresponding structural improvement design is put forward. Using a grooved stainless steel plate, coupled with good vibration damping and vibration isolation structure design, A piezoelectric ceramic is used to satisfy the test requirements. After the fabrication and assembly, the sensor is calibrated in laboratory.
