教育部《民族中小学汉语课程标准(义务教育)》2014年秋季开始实行。迄今为止,已经实施了三年。对照新课标的要求,新疆尤其南疆少数民族汉语教学还存在很多问题。以汉语语音教学为切入视角,了解目前新疆少数民族汉语教学与义务教育课标之间距离,以便有的放矢地改进、改革少数民族汉语教学,提高少数民族地区教育质量和水平。
The Ministry of Education, “National Elementary and Secondary Schools Chinese Curriculum Standards (Compulsory Education)” in the fall of 2014. So far, it has been implemented for three years. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard, there are still many problems in Xinjiang minority teaching in particular. Taking Chinese phonetic teaching as a cut-in point of view, we can understand the distance between the current Chinese minority teaching in Xinjiang and the standard of compulsory education in order to improve and reform the teaching of minority Chinese and improve the quality and level of education in ethnic minority areas.
