目的探讨细针穿刺细胞学检查在乳腺病诊断中的实用价值。方法对７０例病人行细针穿刺细胞学检查，并与术后病理结果对照。结果４６例恶性肿瘤诊断敏感性为９１．３％．２４例良性病变诊断特异性为１００％，总诊断正确率为９４．２９％。结论细针穿刺细胞学检查是一种简单易行，安全有效的诊断方法，值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the practical value of fine needle aspiration cytology in the diagnosis of breast disease. Methods 70 cases of patients underwent fine needle aspiration cytology, and postoperative pathological results. Results The sensitivity of 46 malignant tumors was 91.3%. The diagnostic specificity of 24 cases of benign lesions was 100%, the total diagnostic accuracy was 94.29%. Conclusion Fine needle aspiration cytology is a simple, safe and effective diagnostic method, which is worthy of clinical application.
