本文报告100例(100眼)角膜移植术。用保存角膜移植78倒,其中板层角膜移植74例,出院时植片透明率77.02％,随访53例(3周—38个月),透明率83.02％。用新鲜角膜作角膜移植者22例,其中部分穿透角膜移植14例,出院时植片透明率为64.28％,随访13例(2～38个月),透明率为69.23％,眼前节外膜重建术3例,仅1例半透明愈合;板层角膜移植5例,透明愈合1例。我们认为,保存角膜材料不仅可用于板层角膜移植,而且在殊殊情况下,可用于挽救眼球的全角膜穿透移植及眼前节外膜重建术。
This article reports 100 cases (100 eyes) of corneal transplantation. Seventeen corneal transplants were preserved, of which 74 were lamellar keratoplasty. The rate of transparence was 77.02% at the time of discharge and 53 were followed up (3 weeks-38 months). The rate of transparency was 83.02%. Corneal transplantation with fresh cornea in 22 cases, of which part of the penetrating corneal transplantation in 14 cases, the transparency of 64.28% at the time of discharge, follow-up of 13 cases (2 to 38 months), the transparency was 69.23% Reconstruction in 3 cases, only 1 case of translucent healing; lamellar keratoplasty in 5 cases, 1 case of transparent healing. In our opinion, preservation of corneal material can be used not only for lamellar keratoplasty, but also, in exceptional circumstances, for total corneal transplants and anterior segment adventitia.
