目的 为了解食管癌患者血浆NPY与NT水平以及与肿瘤的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析法对30例食管癌患者进行了血浆NPY与NT的含量检测,同时以30例健康人作为对照。结果 食管癌患者血浆NPY水平(188.48±42.15ng/L)明显高于对照组(151.51±27.45ng/L)。并具显著性差异(t=3.99;P<0.01)。NT水平(53.84±38.71ng/L)明显低于对照组(74.10±22.84ng/L),差异较为显著(t=2.00;P<0.05)。结论 具有广泛生物学效应的神经肽—NPY及NT水平异常变化与食管癌的病理过程密切相关。
Objective To understand the relationship between plasma NPY and NT levels and tumors in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma NPY and NT levels in 30 patients with esophageal cancer. At the same time, 30 healthy people were used as controls. Results Plasma NPY levels in patients with esophageal cancer (188.48±42.15ng/L) were significantly higher than those in the control group (151.51±27.45ng/L). There was a significant difference (t=3.99; P<0.01). The level of NT (53.84±38.71ng/L) was significantly lower than that of the control group (74.10±22.84ng/L), and the difference was significant (t=2.00; P<0.05). Conclusions Neuropeptides with wide biological effects—abnormal changes in NPY and NT levels are closely related to the pathological process of esophageal cancer.
