本文阐述了财务管理在企业中的重要作用,由于企业运作的所有环节都需要财力、人力和物力,而财务管理能够及时跟踪和把握整体现状,其能力建设也就由于企业环境的变化和与战略的紧密关系而成为一个迫切的任务。只有不断拓宽财务管理能力范围,强化财务管理能力建设,才能适应市场环境,使企业在多变的竞争中寻求发展。
This article describes the important role of financial management in the enterprise, because all aspects of the company’s operations require financial resources, human resources and material resources, and financial management can timely track and grasp the overall status quo, its capacity building is also due to changes in the corporate environment and strategy. The close relationship has become an urgent task. Only by continuously broadening the scope of financial management capabilities and strengthening financial management capacity can we adapt to the market environment and enable companies to seek development in the ever-changing competition.
