作者最近设计出二种新型非心外膜电极系统。用一支12F 右心三极导管,从锁骨下静脉插入,其顶端电极发出起搏信号并可记录;另有二个相距12cm 的复律/除颤电极,远端电极长4cm,面积为400mm~2,近端电极长8cm,面积为800mm~2。三个电极分别置于右室尖、右室和上腔静脉右房连接处。方法Ⅰ以远端电极为阴极,以近端电极为阳极。方法Ⅱ以远端电极为阴极,另以一个表面积为50cm~2的电极贴在胸壁心尖部皮肤为阳性。研究对象为12例冠心病患者,心功能均为 NYHA Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,临床均有不明原因的
The authors recently designed two new non-epicardial electrode systems.
