采用超高温石墨化法一次性制备了品质优良的无烟煤石墨化产品,对其进行了化学成分、XRD、SEM和拉曼光谱等分析。结果表明:无烟煤超高温石墨化所得产品可以作为良好的增碳剂和还原剂;其微观结构有序性比原煤明显提高,同时石墨化程度也明显增加,但仍有少量结构缺陷。
High quality anthracite graphitization products were prepared by ultrahigh temperature graphitization method. The chemical composition, XRD, SEM and Raman spectra were analyzed. The results show that the products obtained after ultra-high temperature graphitization of anthracite can be regarded as good recarburiser and reductant. The microstructure order of the anthracite coal is obviously higher than that of the raw coal, and the graphitization degree also increases obviously. However, there are still some structural defects.
