近几年,应用光敏技术诊治恶性肿瘤,引起国内外的广泛重视。光敏技术是利用光敏剂,经光照射产生光动力效应杀伤细胞(亦称光敏效应)。血卟啉衍生物Hematopor-Phyrin—Derivative,HpD)是目前常用的光敏剂。光源采用复合光—白光或激光。此组合又称为血卟啉衍生物光动力治疗(简称HpD-PdT)。在载瘤(S_(180))小鼠尾静脉注入长春制血卟啉衍生物(16mg/kg)后隔72小时,用630um波长长春制染料激光器(382J/cm~2)照射,验证在此条件下杀伤动物恶性肿瘤的效应,结果显著。
In recent years, the application of photosensitive techniques for diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. Photosensitive technology is the use of photosensitizers, photo-induced photodynamic effect killing cells (also known as photosensitive effect). Hematopor-Phyrin-Derivative (HpD) is a commonly used photosensitizer. The light source uses composite light—white light or laser light. This combination is also known as hemoporphyrin derivative photodynamic therapy (abbreviated as HpD-PdT). After 72 hours of injection of Changchun-made blood porphyrin derivative (16 mg/kg) into the tail vein of the tumor-bearing (S_(180)) mouse, irradiation with a 630 μm dye laser made from Changchun (382 J/cm~2) was performed. The effect of killing animal malignant tumors under conditions is significant.
