目的评价薄层低剂量CT(LDCT)显示周围型肺癌基本征象的准确性。方法43例肺癌病灶同时接受薄层LDCT和HRCT检查,准直宽度2.5mm,层厚2.5mm,重建间隔1.5~2.5mm,球管旋转周期0.8s,薄层LDCT管电流为20~50mA,HRCT为260~300mA。分别对LDCT和HRCT所显示的肺癌征象进行分析,同时对病灶作定性诊断。结果薄层LDCT准确显示了周围型肺癌中基本征象,其中包括分叶征、毛刺征、支气管征、胸膜凹陷征和血管集中征等,并能对大部分病灶做出正确诊断,与HRCT有良好一致性(χ2=0.8,P>0.05)。结论薄层LDCT能准确显示周围型肺癌基本征象,当能做出准确定性诊断时,不必再做HRCT检查。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of low-dose CT (LDCT) imaging of the basic signs of peripheral lung cancer. Methods Forty-three patients with lung cancer underwent both LDCT and HRCT examinations. The alignment width was 2.5 mm, the thickness was 2.5 mm, the reconstruction interval was 1.5-2.5 mm, the rotation cycle of the bulb was 0.8 s, the current of the LDCT tube was 20-50 mA, 260 ~ 300mA. Respectively, LDCT and HRCT signs of lung cancer were analyzed, and qualitative diagnosis of lesions. Results Thin-section LDCT accurately showed the basic features of peripheral lung cancer, including lobulation, spiculation, bronchial signs, pleural indentation and vascular focus, and most of the lesions can be correctly diagnosed with HRCT is good Consistency (χ2 = 0.8, P> 0.05). Conclusions Thin-section LDCT can accurately display the basic features of peripheral lung cancer. HRCT examination need not be done when it can make accurate qualitative diagnosis.
