接触焊接时所产生的热量,主要取决于焊接线路内的电流强度。在有关接触焊接规范选择的参考文献中,很容易找出各种焊件焊接规范的计算方法和一些表格。根据这些计算方法和表格,能够计算和选择出保证优质焊接时的焊接电流强度,作为制定焊接工艺说明书和焊接生产时调整焊机的原始依据。在大量生产的条件下,有时由于缺少测量接触焊接电流强度的仪表,因此要想确定和检查焊接时的电流强度就会造成很多困难。接触焊机焊接线路内的电流强度,一般小功率的焊机有几千安培,大功率的焊机有的到数万安培,甚至十几万安培,在这种情况下直接用安培表测量是不可能的。一般使用的是下列两种方法。
