公开课对促进教师专业发展具有特殊意义,还有利于课堂教学改革。但是当前公开课出现了“演课”“形式化”等失真现象,挖掘其出现的主要原因:执教者对公开课评过于重视;教师自身的心理素质与专业能力的欠缺。提出公开课向“真实”理性回归的策略:淡化评价是非,重视问题探讨;注重教学积累,认真对待常态课;提高心理素质,保持良好的心态。
Open class to promote professional development of teachers with special significance, but also conducive to classroom teaching reform. However, the current open class appeared distorted phenomena such as “class ” “formal ”, digging the main reasons for its appearance: the instructors pay too much attention to the open class evaluation; the teacher’s own psychological quality and lack of professional ability. Put forward the strategy of open class to “real ” rational regression: dilute the assessment of right and wrong, pay attention to the problem; pay attention to the accumulation of teaching, take the normal course seriously; improve the psychological quality, maintain a good attitude.
