将马尾松针叶利用直接脱氧液化技术进行处理得到一种棕色液体。通过气质联用仪及元素分析仪对其进行分析,所得液体的含氧量为5.36%,其中H/C物质的量之比为1.64,O/C物质的量之比为0.049,热值高达43.37 MJ/kg。谱图分析显示,液体中可精炼为燃油的碳氢化合物(烷烃、芳烃)含量为56.72%,可提取为化学品的酚类化合物含量为21.24%。C7H16、C8H18以及C9H20等汽油成分也在液体中被检测到,且三者的总含量为5.92%。实验结果与去氧留氢制取低氧含量液体的目的一致,是一种可行的生物液体燃料制备方式。
The masson pine needles were treated by direct deoxygenation to give a brown liquid. Analyzed by GC-MS and elemental analyzer, the oxygen content of the obtained liquid was 5.36%, the ratio of the amount of H / C substance was 1.64, the ratio of the amount of O / C substance was 0.049, and the calorific value was as high as 43.37 MJ / kg. Spectrogram analysis showed that the content of hydrocarbons (alkanes, aromatics) that can be refined into fuel in liquid is 56.72%, and the content of phenols that can be extracted into chemicals is 21.24%. Gasoline components such as C7H16, C8H18 and C9H20 were also detected in the liquid, and the total content of the three was 5.92%. The experimental results are consistent with the goal of deoxygenation and hydrogen storage to produce low oxygen content liquid, which is a feasible preparation method of biological liquid fuel.
