德育工作是新课改背景下初中班主任工作的核心内容之一,针对不同的学生采取不同的教育方法,能起到良好的效果,也能很好地塑造学生。但当前新课改背景下,初中班主任的德育工作中存在着一些问题,如果这些问题不能得到很好地分析、解决,就很难在德育工作上取得成效,也很难促进学生德的发展和良好品质的建立,会严重影响学生的整体素质。 Moral education is one of the core contents of the work of junior high school teachers under the new curriculum reform. Taking different education methods for different students can play a very good role in shaping students. However, under the current new curriculum reform, there are some problems in the work of moral education for junior middle school teachers. If these problems can not be well analyzed and solved, it will be very hard to be effective in moral education and to promote the development of students’ morality. The establishment of good quality will seriously affect the overall quality of students.
