航空叶片零件是航空发动机的核心零部件之一,叶片为弯扭曲自由曲面结构、材料难加工、刚性差,加工精度难以保证,如何实现航空叶片的高效、高精度检测是制约在线检测技术应用的难点之一。根据航空叶片自由曲面特征,提出了基于曲率的叶片曲面测点自适应分布方法,通过构造双三次B样条曲面计算测点处叶片曲面的法向矢量,并基于曲面法矢对在线检测路径进行了优化,最终通过某型号航空叶片在线检测试验验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。
