近几年,伴随着国家经济建设的发展,铁路施工企业规模不断壮大,同时,如何努力打造具有本企业特色的企业文化氛围,充分展示企业形象,提高企业的知名度,为企业发展奠定基础尤为重要。一、目前铁路施工单位企业文化建设的误区随着企业的发展,对企业文化建设从认知到认同,从贯彻到深化,取得了较大成绩,但在实际工作中还存在着误区:一是“漠视”。个别项目负责人还存在着企业文化建设无关紧要对企业影响不大,有何没有一样的观念,或者认为企业文化只是随大溜空喊一些口号而已。二是“照搬”。其中最主要的是形成主义倾向,企业文化建设雷同化、概念化、口号化,有的更是信手“搬”来。二、探索铁路施工企业文化建设的思路。
