目的:探讨复合保温护理措施在腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者手术室护理中应用的效果。方法:采用便利抽样方法,选取2019年2月—2020年2月在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院行腹腔镜全子宫切除术的80例患者为研究对象。按入院时间先后分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例患者采用常规手术室护理,观察组40例患者在此基础上采用复合保温护理,比较两组患者术中体温、拔管时间、麻醉复苏时间和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组术中体温为(36.59±0.23)℃,高于对照组的(35.61±0.21)℃,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01)。观察组拔管时间及麻醉复苏时间分别为(27.05±6.14)、(25.15±6.08)min,均短于对照组的(36.46±6.59)、(33.86±6.24)min,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01)。观察组患者寒战、躁动发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:采用复合保温护理措施有助于改善腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者手术过程中的体温,促进术后苏醒,减少不良反应发生。“,”Objective:To explore application effect of composite heat preservation nursing measures in Operating Room nursing of patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 80 patients who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy in the Affiliated Huaian NO.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time of admission. A total of 40 patients in the control group were given routine operating room nursing while 40 patients in the observation group were given composite heat preservation nursing on this basis. Intraoperative body temperature, extubation time, anesthesia resuscitation time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative body temperature in the observation group was (36.59±0.23) ℃, higher than (35.61±0.21) ℃ in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.01) . Extubation time and anesthesia resuscitation time in the observation group were respectively (27.05±6.14) min and (25.15±6.08) min, shorter than (36.46±6.59) min and (33.86±6.24) min in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (n P<0.01) . The incidence of chills and restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05) .n Conclusions:The application of composite heat preservation nursing measures can help to improve the intraoperative body temperature of patients during total laparoscopic hysterectomy, promote postoperative recovery and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
