目的追踪分离鸡矢藤Paederia scandens的化学成分,并对分离得到的单体化合物进行抗肿瘤活性测试。方法以95%乙醇回流提取,采用各种色谱技术对提取物进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据确定所得单体化合物的结构。结果从鸡矢藤中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别鉴定为3β,13β-二羟基-乌索-11-烯-28-油酸(1)、2α,3β,13β-三羟基-乌索-11-烯-28-油酸(2)、乌索酸(3)、2α-羟基乌索酸(4)、α-亚麻酸(5)、二十三碳酸(6)、棕榈酸(7)、β-胡萝卜苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论化合物1、2、4、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To trace the chemical constituents of Paederia scandens isolated from chicken and to test the antitumor activity of isolated monomeric compounds. Methods The extract was extracted with 95% ethanol and the extracts were separated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. The structures of the obtained monomeric compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were identified and identified as 3β, 13β-dihydroxy-urso-11-en-28-oic acid (1), 2α, 3β, 13β-trihydroxy- Oleic acid (2), ursolic acid (3), 2α-hydroxy ursolic acid (4), α-linolenic acid (5), tricosanoic acid (6), palmitic acid , Beta-daucosterol (8), beta-sitosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 4 and 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
