游离水脱除器的界面高度和压力这两个参数目前基本上是采取PID给定点控制方式,在实际应用中,由于干扰变化频繁及多变量系统等因素,这种控制方式效果并不理想,必须从控制方案上加以改进。可以采用多变量状态反馈单值预测控制算法,其基本思想是利用模型来预测未来的输出和相应的偏差,求得最优控制。首先设定游离水脱除器的假设,选取其中的变量建立数学模型,在此基础上简化模型及参数设定,再根据模型进行仿真并得到仿真曲线。
