浙江省电厂近几年分散控制系统发生的故障有共用模块、信号模块、输入/输出模块故障;主控制器故障;模拟量信号漂移,DCS故障诊断功能设置不全、未设置或设置错误故障;软件不成熟、通信阻塞、软件安装或操作不当故障;电源模块和电源开关故障、电源系统接触不良、UPS功能失效等故障。为提高热工自动化系统的可靠性,建议完善该系统的软、硬件;规范热工试验;加强检修和运行维护的管理。
