一位社会学家说:“看一个人每晚八点到十点做的事,就能预测他未来的人生。”一个人一觉醒来到下午六点,一般在外为生计奔波,晚餐过后正好是八点左右,才开始潜入自己的“小天地”。而在这两小时内做的事,就取决于个人习惯了。可见,习惯对人生的影响几乎是决定性的。小小的一个选择、一个举动在人生中当然微不足道,但当你日复一日“不经意”地重复它时,一个从量变到质变的过程就随之开始了。
