Foreword In the past, people’s perceptions of quality personnel were merely statisticians and examiners. The current quality department has played some of the most influential and integrated roles in international business. How are these roles generated and how do successful quality managers meet the extraordinary expectations of CEOs today? Business change is the answer to both questions. Business transformation not only extends personal values but also enhances the importance of quality work in pursuing customer satisfaction. And to complete the change, companies need to have the ability to quickly adapt to change. We can compare organizational change to floating driftwood. Every wave comes and the expectation of organizational change rises like driftwood.
