对虾白斑综合症其病原是对虾白斑综合症病毒(Whitespotsyndromevirus,简称WSSV)。VP19是WSSV的一个囊膜蛋白,HyNPV(HybridofAcNPVandBmNPV,简称HyNPV)是BmNPV和AcNPV通过基因重组后得到的一个具有BmNPV和AcNPV双重优点的新型杂交病毒,在克隆了VP19基因的基础上,成功构建了重组转移载体pBlueBicHisCvp19和重组杆状病毒HyNPVVP19。用重组病毒注射接种5龄起蚕,经SDSPAGE和Westernblotting分析,结果表明,WSSVVP19基因在家蚕体内得到了表达,特异性条带大小与预计的基本一致,约为21kD。

VP19 is an envelope protein of WSSV, and HyNPV (HybridofAcNPVandBmNPV, HyNPV for short) is a novel hybrid virus obtained by gene recombination of BmNPV and AcNPV with the dual advantages of BmNPV and AcNPV. Based on the VP19 gene cloning, VP19 gene was successfully constructed Recombinant transfer vector pBlueBicHisCvp19 and recombinant baculovirus HyNPVVP19. Inoculated with recombinant virus 5 instar silkworm, by SDSPAGE and Westernblotting analysis, the results show that the WSSVVP19 gene was expressed in silkworm body, the specific band size is consistent with the expected, about 21kD.
