目的：探讨医护一体化护理模式对普外科患者满意度的影响。方法：每个责任护士分管8-10张床位，实施医护一体化模式下的入院评估、晨交班、病例讨论及出院回访，采用问卷调查的方法，了解患者对护理工作的满意度。结果：实施医护一体化模式后，患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：实施医护一体化可提高普外科患者对护理工作的满意度，深化优质护理的内涵。“,”Objective To explore the effect of the Integrative model of doctors and nurses on patients satisfaction in the general surgery department.Methods Each primary nurse takes charge of 8-10 beds, applies the Integrative model of doctors and nurses to patient’s evaluation when he is admitted to the hospital, shift exchange in morning,case discussion and return visit adopting the method of questionnaire survey,and learn about how the patient is satisfied with nursing. Results After application of the Integrative model of doctors and nurses,degree of patients’ satisfaction with nursing work has been improved greatly, the difference is statistical y significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion Application of the Integrative model of doctors and nurses could improve the general surgery patients’ satisfaction on nursing work, and deepen the connotation of quality of nursing.
