人力资源是企业各项资源中最基本和最重要的资源,也是企业的核心竞争力之一。现阶段企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,如何更好地分配现有人才的智力、体力、创造力和创新能力等,关系到了企业的长久可持续发展。因此企业应该重视人力资源管理,使自身产生更大的经济效益和社会效益。本文简要分析了现代企业人力资源配置中存在的问题,并提出了几点管理对策,为企业的经营管理提供借鉴。
Human resources are the most basic and important resources in every resource of enterprises and one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. At this stage, the competition between enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer. How to better allocate the intelligence, physical strength, creativity and innovation capability of the existing talents is related to the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to human resources management, so that they produce greater economic and social benefits. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems in the allocation of human resources in modern enterprises and puts forward some management strategies to provide reference for the operation and management of enterprises.
