目的探讨能谱CT在甲状腺良恶性结节中的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年7月收治的85例甲状腺结节的患者为研究对象,分为良性组和恶性组,另选取40例甲状腺的正常腺体为正常组,以上患者均行颈部能谱CT平扫及动态增强扫描。比较三组的碘浓度、能谱曲线斜率。结果恶性组在平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的碘浓度小于良性组,良性组小于正常组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组平扫期、动脉期、静脉期的能谱曲线斜率低于良性组,良性组低于正常组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论能谱CT在鉴别甲状腺良恶性肿瘤中具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of energy spectrum CT in benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Totally 85 patients with thyroid nodules admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the study group and divided into benign group and malignant group. The other 40 normal thyroid glands were selected as normal group. All of the above patients Line neck CT scan and dynamic enhanced scan. Comparison of three groups of iodine concentration, energy spectrum curve slope. Results In the malignant group, the iodine concentration in the period of transthoracic scan, arterial phase and venous phase was lower than that in benign group and in benign group was lower than that in normal group (P <0.05). In the malignant group, the slope of the energy spectrum curve in the period of the plain phase, the arterial phase and the venous phase was lower than that in the benign group, and the benign group was lower than that in the normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion The spectral CT in the identification of benign and malignant thyroid tumors has a high value, it is worth promoting.
