小外径的电涡流传感器薄线圈的参数优化设计的关键是寻求合理的目标函数的表达式。本文在线圈电参数计算的基础上利用激励线圈的电磁场分布对线圈测试性能进行分析预测 ,得出便于求解的线性量程和测量灵敏度的表达式 ,从而简化了复杂的目标函数。根据求解得到的优化值用线径为 0 .0 5mm的漆包线绕制线圈进行了试验 ,结果表明线圈探头能满足线性测量范围及灵敏度要求
Small-diameter eddy current sensor Thin-coil optimization of the parameters of the key is to find a reasonable expression of the objective function. In this paper, based on the calculation of the coil electrical parameters, the electromagnetic field distribution of the excitation coil is used to analyze and predict the test performance of the coil, and the expression of the linear range and the measurement sensitivity for solving the problem is obtained, thereby simplifying the complicated objective function.
