随着电机、电器、无线电和仪表工业的飞跃发展,对漆包线需要量日益增加,生产一吨漆包线需130公斤绝缘漆,而漆中75%是溶剂(主要是甲酚和二甲苯)。在漆包过程中,这些溶剂都变成蒸汽排入大气,污染环境,而且消耗电能也很大。一机部上海电缆研究所和上海电磁线厂协作,研制成功一种新型立式催化燃烧漆包炉,可以把溶剂蒸汽燃烧变成热能予以利用。其结果节省电能达到60%左右,并能消除有害气体对环境的污染。
With the rapid development of the electrical, electronic, radio and instrumentation industries, the need for enameled wire is increasing. For the production of one ton of enamelled wire, 130 kilograms of insulating varnish is required and 75% of the paint is solvent (mainly cresol and xylene). In the process of enameling, these solvents are turned into steam into the atmosphere, pollute the environment, and consume a lot of energy. Wire Factory collaboration, the successful development of a new type of vertical catalytic combustion enamelling furnace, the solvent steam can be turned into heat to be used. As a result, it can save about 60% of electricity and eliminate the pollution of harmful gases to the environment.
