疲劳工况是海洋石油固定平台设计的控制因素之一,影响平台疲劳寿命的因素很多,本文针对波陡对固定平台疲劳损伤的影响进行研究。现在固定平台设计多采用谱疲劳进行疲劳分析,规范里规定波陡的取值在1/20到1/25之间。本文以某项目为例,使用SACS软件对该平台进行对比分析,分析过程中除波陡参数外其他参数都一样。通过对比分析结果我们得出结论,波陡的取值对疲劳损伤有很大影响。波陡的取值越大,疲劳损伤越大。本文的研究对于以后疲劳设计时增加节点寿命提供了一种思路,通过合理选取来波陡提高疲劳寿命,有效的挖掘了固定平台的寿命潜力,使固定平台的设计更经济节约,有着很强的降本增效意义。
Fatigue condition is one of the control factors for offshore fixed platform design. There are many factors affecting the fatigue life of platform. In this paper, the effect of wave steep on the fatigue damage of fixed platform is studied.
