目的:探讨三维CT影像(3DCT)、立体和多方位显示各种复杂骨折,并与二维CT影像(2DCT)相比较。方法:选择30 例典型病例,对感兴趣区进行薄层扫描后,全部数据输入工作站进行图像处理,分析对照所得资料。结果:3DCT对各种不同方向的骨折线均能显示,对骨折断端移位情况立体直观显示,更接近病理解剖表现,弥补了2DCT每个单一层面扫描存在的不足。结论:3DCT改变了影像思维方式,对确定手术方案有很大帮助,但不能取代2DCT,二者结合可提高骨折显示的准确率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate three-dimensional CT images (3DCT), which show various complex fractures in three-dimensional and multi-orientation and compared with two-dimensional CT images (2DCT). Methods: Thirty typical cases were selected. After thin layer scanning of the interested area, all the data were input into the workstation for image processing, and the data of the control were analyzed. Results: The 3DCT could display fracture lines in different directions. The displacement of the fracture ends was stereoscopically visualized and closer to the pathological anatomy, compensating for the shortcomings of each single-slice 2DCT scan. CONCLUSION: 3DCT has changed the way of image thinking, which is very helpful to determine the surgical plan, but it can not replace 2DCT. The combination of the two can improve the accuracy of fracture display.
