研究42CrMo钢表面化学镀Ni-W-P的配方及工艺条件,并对其进行组织性能分析测试。结果表明:化学镀Ni-W-P合金层经380℃×1 h热处理后耐磨粒磨损性较42CrMo基体提高6.28倍;化学镀Ni-W-P合金层耐磨粒磨损性较42CrMo提高3.92倍;化学镀Ni-W-P合金层热处理后耐黏着磨损性较42CrMo提高2.80倍;化学镀Ni-W-P合金层耐黏着磨损性较42CrMo提高1.61倍。
The formulation and process conditions of electroless Ni-W-P plating on 42CrMo steel were studied and their microstructure and properties were tested. The results show that the wear resistance of Ni-WP alloy after heat treatment at 380 ℃ for 1 h is 6.28 times higher than that of 42CrMo, and the wear resistance of Ni-WP alloy is 3.92 times higher than that of 42CrMo. Electroless plating The wear resistance of Ni-WP alloy layer after heat treatment is 2.80 times higher than that of 42CrMo. The wear resistance of electroless Ni-WP alloy layer is 1.61 times higher than that of 42CrMo.
