针对目前煤矿综采工作面设备的检修方法,应用系统可靠性理论,对综采工作面设备的检修周期进行了分析。建立综采设备检修维护周期的优化模型,给出在检修和维护费用最小时,设备的最佳检修周期优化的数学公式,并对潞安王庄4329工作面目前的综采设备的检修更换周期进行了分析和探讨,该模型和数学公式可以作为确定综采设备最佳检修更换周期决策的参考依据。
Aiming at the current maintenance methods of coal mine mechanized mining equipment, the system reliability theory is applied to analyze the overhaul period of equipment in fully mechanized coal mining face. The optimization model of the maintenance and repair period of the fully mechanized mining equipment is established. The optimal mathematical formula of the optimum maintenance period of the equipment is given when the cost of maintenance and maintenance is the minimum. The current maintenance and replacement period of the fully mechanized mining equipment of the Luan Wangzhuang 4329 working face The model and mathematical formula can be used as a reference to determine the optimal maintenance and replacement cycle of fully mechanized mining equipment.
