炭分子筛膜(CMSM)作为一种新型的分离膜材料,已被广泛应用于石油、冶金、化工等各个领域,其性能测定、制备方法的改进及应用也得到了很大突破。综述了炭膜的优良性能、CMSM的制备工艺、聚合物前驱体的高温裂解机理。介绍了红外光谱、差热分析、XRD、SEM等表征分析手段在性能测定过程中的应用,为制备过程提供了重要的基础数据。
As a new type of separation membrane material, CMSM has been widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical and other fields. Its performance measurement, preparation method and application have also been greatly improved. The excellent properties of carbon membrane, the preparation process of CMSM and the pyrolysis mechanism of polymer precursors were reviewed. The applications of characterization and analysis methods such as infrared spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis, XRD and SEM in the determination of performance were introduced, which provided important basic data for the preparation process.
