医患沟通是医院管理的一项重要内容,有研究表明,组织领导者往往花80%的时间用于组织的沟通,而一般管理者则花大约50%的时间用于沟通。有效的沟通是化解矛盾、减少冲突、融洽关系、增加合力、实现目标的重要途径。医患沟通虽然不易产生立竿见影的经济效益,也不直接影响医疗,容易被忽视。然而,有效地医患沟通决定着整个医疗管理和医疗的有效性。
Communication between doctors and patients is an important part of hospital management. Some studies show that organizational leaders often spend 80% of their time communicating with organizations, whereas ordinary managers spend about 50% of their time communicating. Effective communication is an important way to resolve conflicts, reduce conflicts, promote friendly relations, increase joint efforts and achieve our goals. Although not easy to produce doctor-patient communication has immediate economic benefits, nor does it directly affect the medical treatment, it is easily overlooked. However, effective doctor-patient communication determines the effectiveness of the overall health care and medical care.
