我国建立社会主义市场经济体制．法制化是必由之路。本文从国外到国内，从历史到现实进行了必要的研究和探讨。全文共分三部分：（一）市场经济法制化的历史回顾与模式选择；（二）社会主义市场经济内在要求与法制总体目标；（三）社会主义市场经济法律体系的构成。这是一大系统工程，它包括市场内部运行机制的法制化、外部监督机制的法制化、宏观调控机制的法制化和社会保障机制的法制化。中国社会主义市场经济法律体系的建立、发展和完善，将为中国经济的腾飞和人类的文明做出一定贡献。
China to Establish a Socialist Market Economy System. Legalization is the only way. This article from abroad to China, from history to reality the necessary research and discussion. The full text divides into three parts altogether: (1) Historical review and mode selection of the legalization of the market economy; (2) The intrinsic requirements of the socialist market economy and the overall objective of the legal system; (3) The composition of the legal system of the socialist market economy. This is a systematic project, which includes the legalization of the internal operation mechanism of the market, the legalization of the external supervision mechanism, the legalization of the macro-control mechanism and the legalization of the social security mechanism. The establishment, development and improvement of the legal system of the socialist market economy in China will make a contribution to China’s economic take-off and to human civilization.
